Compared to most other bar screens, the Blue Whale Microbar Screen is unique in that it can be supplied with a screen bar gap as small as 1mm up to 5mm.

• Self aligning guides ensures the correct alignment of tooth to bar rack, which is so essential for the operation of superfine raked screens.
• Self tensioning of scraper chains with chain tension varying according to applied rake load.
• UHMW polythene used for chain guide rakes thus greatly reducing drive loading and rake chain wear.
• Blue Whale MB screens can be built for Channel dimensions from 400mm wide x 600mm deep up to 2900mm wide x 7000mm deep.
